Prerequisites
• Bachelors’ Degree in Accountancy /Finance /Economics or equivalent professional qualification.
• Preferably age below 25
• Willing to work in Colombo during 12 months of training
• Enthusiastic, self- motivated and ambitious
• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil would be added advantage)
