Senior Branch Manager – Galle
Requirements
• Minimum three passes in G.C.E A/L and/or G.C.E O/L with six passes including Mathematics, English and Sinhala
• Sales and Marketing/ Business Management qualification from an industry recognized institution
• Certification in insurance is advantageous
• Around 15 years of experience and proven capabilities in successfully managing sales teams for minimum of 5 years in the Insurance industry.
Skills and Attributes
• Very good persuasion skills, communication skills and negotiation skills in Sinhala /English.
• Ability to communicate in Tamil language would be advantageous.
• Successful Team Manager with good interpersonal and interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a computerized environment
• Very good analytical skills.
