Key Responsibilities
Achieve growth & profitability targets of the branch.
Continuously review & measure performance targets.
Resolve customer & staff-related issues in a professional manner.
To ensure branch internal controls & practice as per the guidelines.
Plan & execute marketing activities relevant to the Branch.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 07 years experience in the financial sector.
Ability to make sound judgments & decisions.
Language skills.
Team player with determination to achieve challenging targets.
Age below 45 years.
