• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a call centre environment.
Skills and Capabilities
• Fluency in English and Sinhala
• Sound knowledge in MS Office (Especially MS Excel and MS Power Point)
• Analyzing Skills / record keeping and reporting skills
• Project management
• Process mapping with the ability to use MS Visio
• Training and coaching skills
