EXECUTIVE – PROJECT MANAGEMENT

- Execute the technical BOQ preparation process, for engineering projects, raise PRs and ensure the POS are issued to vendor for timely execution of projects.
- Track and monitor budget utilization for contracted engineering projects and maintain relevant records/ trackers appropriately.
- Prepare reports, presentations and progress reports for management reviews.
- Verify and process payments in line with the project execution and issue relevant acceptance certificates.
- Carry out Purchase Order (PO) related amendments for contracted project POS to support project closure activities.
- Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management from a recognized University or institute.
- Full or part Qualification in a professional body such as CIMA/ ACCA/ PMP would be advantageous.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial management and accounting in a reputed organization is required.
- Competency/experience in Project Management methodologies.
- Proficiency on working with MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and knowledge in handling ERP system.
- Must be with problem-solving skills, ability to think outside the box and detail oriented.
- Good command of English including excellent written and verbal communication is mandatory.

- Be responsible for all Industrial Catering meal orders from the point of receiving the raw materials to serving to the end customers.
- Compile Food menus in consultation with the group Chef as per customer requirement
- Controlling costs, Yield management and monitoring purchase cost of raw materials
- Making necessary changes in food menus as per the changes in raw material prices
- Ensuring the quality, hygiene standards, cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen areas and in customer service areas.
- Preparation of quotations for breakfast, lunch & dinner meal supplies and special catering orders
- Function as the key point of contact regarding all industrial catering supplies of the company, complaint handling and be responsible for the overall output of the Business Unit.
- Hiring, training and guiding the team
- Minimum two (02) years’ experience in a similar capacity in Industrial Catering industry
- Proven management experience in Catering, food services or Hospitality industry.
- Proven skills in managing Industrial catering customers and have a mature & professional approach to managing the overall business unit.
- Sound computing skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
