MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
We invite applications from candidates who are confident of meeting our expectations while possessing the following basic requirements, to be selected as Management Trainees.
Our Expectations :
• Be less than 27 years of age
• A Graduate in Banking and Finance / Business Management / Commerce / Economics / Accountancy / Finance / Mathematics / Law / Information Technology or Human Resources, preferably with a class from a recognized University
OR
• Be a member / passed finalist in a recognized professional accounting body
• Two years of working experience in a bank (including Internship) will be a distinct advantage
• Be prepared to work in any branch locations
• A self motivated individual with sound numerical, analytical and presentation skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership competencies that outline abilities, characteristics and behaviour needed to meet the challenges in Business
• A High Performer with an outgoing personality.
